Who We Are

Eldon "Dee" Young

With more than 39 years experience as a real estate broker, Dee Young serves the company in various aspects including project identification and land acquisition, market analysis and feasibility studies, marketing, sales and leasing.

During his real estate career, Dee has brokered, developed and owned a variety of properties including apartments, retail, office and office condominiums. He specialized in office Condomininiums brokerage and land acquisitions with Jerry Huffman Custom Builders in Plano, Texas and was instrumental in the licensing and development of Huffman Builders West in Las Vegas, Nevada (which was sold to Venture Corporation of Larkspur, California in January 2007.) and Huffman West California in San Diego and Aliso Viejo, California.    

Since 1981 he has been serving the financial, design, build out, technology and marketing needs of 100’s of doctors, dentists and professionals in the development of 19 office condo projects totaling more than a million square feet in the states of New Mexico, Texas, Nevada and California.  Included in these projects are medical specialty offices, ambulatory surgery centers, cancer centers, a wide variety of dental specialty offices and various professionals such as lawyers, accountants and businesses.

Among the numerous and extensive commercial real estate courses and training he has taken are the Realtors Marketing Institutes CCIM program, Real Estate Securities and Syndication Institute (RESSI), Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI).  Dee’s industry affiliations include the Nevada and North Texas CCIM Chapters, Nevada, California and Texas NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) Chapters, ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and  (NTCAR) North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.
